If you can’t pronounce Zabaione or Zabaglione that’s ok. Maybe just call it Italian eggnog because that’s close to what it is. Zabaione is traditional Italian custard dessert that’s made with egg yolks and sugar just like eggnog. We decided to make Zabaione gelato instead of eggnog gelato because we can. If you’re a fan of eggnog then this should taste awesome. We’ve only made a few pans so come in and taste this Italian holiday flavor that’s just molto delizioso.
