While visiting the Chappell Hill Lavender Farm in Washington, Texas, a suggestion was made that we make some kind of lavender flavored gelato. So here it is, today’s offering is lavender gelato which goes quite well with chocolate.
Since the total sell out of the pear sorbetto and our selfish taste for pears, we have chosen to make pear gelato this week. The texture is light and the taste is uniquely refreshing. Try some gelato per la pera while it lasts.
