Peach Sorbetto

Our Peach Sorbet delivers a sweet flavor only outmatched by its beautiful color and appearance that will make you ooh and awe the whole time you enjoy it. Gelazzi uses a combination of fresh Texas peaches, Georgia peaches, and bits of imported peach puree to make our Sorbetto di Pesca.

Our peach sorbetto recipe was inspired by the flavor of the world famous Bellini cocktail invented by Giuseppe Cipriani founder of Harry’s Bar in Venezia, Italia. While Gelazzi peach sorbetto doesn’t contain alcohol, many customers tell us that it tastes phenomenal with the Italian sparkling wine Prosecco, and that it’s refreshingly good just by itself.
