Lavender Gelato

Lavender Gelato may be considered by some to be an exotic gelati flavor. But, rest assured it doesn’t taste like the “good soap” your nanna has in the bathroom that nobody can use. It’s surprisingly light and flavorful and you can eat it by itself or as a side with cakes and pies.

We take our Fior di Latte gelato recipe and add a healthy mix of sugar and spice to it. We then take lavender buds handpicked from Chappell Hill Lavender Farm in Brenham Texas before we throw in some vanilla and freeze it up. The lavender brings forth a unique flavor that no spice lover or gelato fan would scowl at.

Gelazzi Lavender Gelato carries a unique flavor with every bite that will continuingly amaze your taste buds!
