Fig Mascarpone Gelato

Figs are grown throughout Italy and are a part of many Italian dishes from entrees to desserts. Mascarpone has been known as “the miracle food” because of its ability to be a part of almost any fine dining recipe ranging from Breakfast to Dessert. Like figs, many traditional Italian desserts have mascarpone in them.

At Gelazzi, our Fig Mascarpone Gelato follows this tradition by mixing it in with our sweet-milk based Gelato for one of the creamiest creations you’ll ever taste. Mascarpone Gelato is great by itself but when we make our Fig Mascarpone Gelato, it seems to sell out almost as fast as we can make it.
