Cherry Sorbetto

Gelazzi Cherry Sorbetto, aka “Sorbetto Alla Ciliegia” is made with succulent fresh pitted cherries. Serious cherry lovers will appreciate the purely delicious taste of our cherry sorbets.

At Gelazzi, we make a variety of different cherry sorbettos using several different kinds of cherries including, Red Washington cherries, Amarena cherries, tart Montmorency & Balaton cherries, Bing cherries, Marasca (Maraschino) cherries, Rainer cherries, and wild cherries. Our simple recipe combines the cherries, sugar, and water to create a cherry sorbet masterpiece whatever the variety.

Depending on the cherry season and customer requests, we also make a number of cherry sorbetto flavors paired with other ingredient profiles such as Bing cherry Prosecco, wild cherry Amaretto, chocolate cherry sorbetto, and tart cherry lime.
